The corporate terms and conditions cover the contractual relationship — licensing, acceptable use, payment, liability, termination and governing law. They apply in full to your use of The Lawyers App.

These points are specific to legal practice. They sit alongside the corporate document and do not replace it — where the two could be read differently, the corporate document governs.
Software, not legal advice
The Lawyers App is practice-management software. Templates, prompts, deadline calculators and any AI-assisted drafting are tools for a qualified lawyer to exercise judgement over — they are not advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship with Sibasi.
Limitation dates remain yours to verify
Diary and limitation reminders depend on the data entered and on rules that vary by jurisdiction and change over time. They are an aid, not a guarantee. Responsibility for meeting a limitation date or court deadline stays with the firm.
Your professional obligations are unchanged
Using the platform does not alter your duties to clients, the court or your regulator, including obligations on client money, conflicts and confidentiality. You are responsible for configuring the software so it supports those duties.
Your data on exit
Matter records remain the property of the firm. You can export them, and on termination we return or delete them under the corporate terms rather than retaining them.
